The Princesa Yaiza Hotel (Lanzarote) has just obtained the Best Hotel Cuisine Award at the ceremony "Qué Bueno! Canarias", at which the best restaurants and chefs on the Canary Isles are acknowledged on a yearly basis.
This award, given by journalists and food critics who tour the islands throughout the year, ratifies the national award that the hotel obtained four years ago as Best Hotel Cuisine, in addition to other awards received over the years by the Isla de Lobo gourmet restaurant, one of the hotel and islands’ benchmark establishments.
The Princesa Yaiza’s nine restaurants, all serving different types of cuisine, including Italian, Mexican, international, Japanese, gourmet, and traditional Spanish tapas, are a sound reason for this recent award, which represents yet another step towards the culinary excellence for which the kitchen staff, led by the executive chef Víctor Bossecker – who received the award at the ceremony held on the neighbouring island of Tenerife – strive.
