L’Ambasciata at Guadalpin Banus Grand Hotel

The two Michelin star L’Ambasciata, based in the Italian town of Quistillo, has recently opened a superb beachfront restaurant at the Guadalpin Banus Hotel.

The restaurant’s menu offers succulent culinary combinations with handmade pasta using traditional Italian recipes, although with a creative modern touch. In addition, L’Ambasciata has an extensive wine list with wines from Italy, New Zealand, Australia, Chile, France and USA.

Costing on average 65 euros per person, the scallop au gratin with marrow cream and the macaronis with rabbit and rosemary stew are just two of the restaurant’s outstanding creations.
