Ultramar Express, TUI Spain’s MICE division, has recently announced the appointment of Rosa Suanzes to the post of head of sales for the national associated national market.
Rosa Suanzes, who has a broad experience in organising congresses, previously worked at Doctaforum as a professional congress organiser (PCO). During her time at the company, specialising in scientific congresses, she managed accounts as important as those of Roche Farma, Lilly and Novartis, among others. Rosa Suanzes started working for Ultramar Express Management in 2007 as congress co-ordinator at the division’s Madrid office, until she was appointed to the post of head of sales for the national associated market, encompassing all those associations and agencies specialising in congress planning and organisation.
Furthermore, Ultramar Express Event Management has just appointed Markus Oberhauser to the post of event director at the division’s Madrid office. Markus Oberhauser’s ample experience in event production, acquired over the years in companies such as Matriz España, Novara Planifica, 25 Ranas and Global Events, will be an important asset to the team. This appointment is in consonance with Ultramar Express’ desire to provide its clients with a full event organisation package, ensuring quality and innovation.
