Ultramar Express Event Management, TUI Spain’s corporate event division, has signed an agreement with the Palma Royal Sailing Club to manage the inbound services for attendees and participants of the regattas organised by the club. In virtue of this agreement, Ultramar Express takes over from Viajes Barcelo as the official purveyor of accommodation, activities and events for the 30 regattas to be held in 2008.
This agreement in the field of congresses and sporting events confirms the constant growth of Ultramar Express Event Management. It will also facilitate close collaboration with clients and sponsors such as Camper, Audi, CAM, etc.
Regattas to be held in 2008 include the HRH Princess Sofia Trophy with 1,200 participants, organised by Ultramar Express Event Management since its creation, the King’s Sailing Cup, with 1,100 participants, and the Palma Trophy and the Hublot Palmavela Cup with 2,000 participants.
