IBA, the leading international bar association, is holding its annual conference for 4,000 delegates from all over the world in Madrid from 4-10 October.
Ultramar Event Management, the specialist MICE service provider, has been commissioned by IBA, the most important bar association in the world, to organize its 2009 annual conference in Madrid.
Ultramar Event Management is responsible for managing all the logistics at the conference centre, transport, and the social programme including more than 50 events for the 4,000 international delegates attending the event.
The most prestigious of its kind in the world, the IBA Conference is an annual event. The association has chosen Madrid’s Municipal Congress Centre as the venue for 2009 edition of the event, being held from 4-10 October. The last time Spain hosted the event was exactly 10 years ago in Barcelona.
The choice of Madrid to host the IBA Conference acknowledges the fact that Spain is a now one of the top MICE destinations in the world. Its excellent infrastructures, quality service providers, reasonable prices, tourist attractions and mild climate are just some of reasons that make the country one of the top destinations for corporate and association events.
