Some of this World Heritage Site’s best eateries will be participating in the fair, scheduled to be held from 12 January-22 March 2013.
The 12th edition of Ubeda’s Renaissance Food Fair, organized by the town council and 10 of the locality’s restaurants – Restaurante Taperia Antique, Cantina La Estacion, Restaurante Zeitum, Parador de Turismo Condestable Davalos, San Pedro, Las Casas del Consul, Restaurante Amaranto, El Andalus, Asador de Santiago, and El Zaguan – will take place from 12 January-22 March 2013.
In addition to the fair´s gastronomic offerings, a number of cultural activities have also been programmed, including flamenco shows, exhibitions on painting, photography, handicrafts, etc. at the "Hospital de Santiago" Exhibition and Congress Centre, and the different events and performances taking place during the Carnival.
