With over 2000 guests, the event was held at the Kinépolis cinema complex in Madrid.
The guests were immersed in the Cisco universe thank to a 22m Matrix curtain display, managed with Arkaos software, which was installed under the screen of Cinema 25, the biggest at Kinépolis Madrid, generating a background effect full of microparticles.
As a specialist in integrating audiovisual services at events, Sono handled technical management and equipment supply, stage design and management, and the coordination of all those involved, in collaboration with the communication agency Otracosa Global de Comunicación.
The technological giant made the most of the occasion to present its new digital transformation systems for companies in the Spanish market, with presentations in the plenary meeting room and parallel demonstrations for its partners in a number of breakout rooms.
For audio and video control, Sono used 14 DPA headsets, a Barco E2 presentation system, and a Midas Pro 1 digital mixing consol, three Grace Valley (LDK 3000) cameras, and a HD production unit, among other equipment. In the other meeting rooms, the facilities’ sound and projection systems were supplemented by sound and video mixing consoles.
The business digitization industry will represent 2.5€ billion in profits for the European economy in 2025 and a 20% increase for the industry, according to Cisco. In Spain, this figure will be in the region of 350,000€ million.
