The well-known brand Thermomix have recently held its annual gala dinner, including an awards ceremony, entertainment and dancing, for over 1,100 demonstrators. The most surprising aspect of the 2009 gala dinner was the bullring venue.
Talisman Group was commissioned to organize the dinner and entertainment, aimed at rewarding Thermomix’s demonstrators. The event was held at the la Muela bullring – with a diameter of 45m and equipped with a 12x5m stage – located 20km away from Saragossa, one of the few covered rings in the country. As well as co-ordinating the party, Talisman provided all the necessary technical equipment to ensure the smooth running of the event.
Lighting was installed both inside and outside the venue, in addition to mobile balloons and large screens installed around the bullring to project the event. Talisman Group also co-ordinated the awards ceremony, the music, the production of videos presenting each category, the decoration and signage of the bullring, the performance of a group of 20 folk dancers and Paz Padilla, and the final party enlivened by a DJ.
As well as entertaining the guests and rewarding their dedication, the party also served to motivate this great team comprising chiefly women. One of the aims of Thermomix was to judiciously mix entertainment with work, encouraging its team to get off to a good start in the new financial year.
