Last Friday 15 December, Selma Eventos presented the “Zambomba de Jerez” in El Bosque Restaurant before representatives of the Spanish incentive, congress and meeting industry, companies and specialised media
Alfonso Catering and Arte Sherry collaborated with Selma Eventos in this unique initiative whose format fostered the active participation of the guests. El Bosque’s team of chefs plied those present with house specialties to the sound of tambourines and “zambombas”, lending the event a homely and intimate atmosphere. The party ended with “bulerias” which were greatly enjoyed by the guests.
The “Zambomba de Jerez” was organised in collaboration with Cadiz Tourist Board’s Convention Bureau, which has yet again shown its willingness to back initiatives of this sort, and with the co-operation of Jerez’s four- and five-star hotels, which also provided a chauffeur service for the authorities attending the event.
At present, Selma Eventos is putting into practice a strategy aimed at promoting and commercialising local products combining originality and creativity with quality. The idea is to live, transmit and share our roots in a unique and exclusive atmosphere, at any time of the year.
