For Audi’s annual event at which it delivers new vehicles to FC Barcelona’s team members, SONO provided the technical audiovisual resources for a projection-mapping on a slot circuit, as well as handling the stage management of the event.
The application, developed by the Hungarian company 20H, consisted of an 8-tracks slot with miniature Audi R18 moved by sensors measuring the concentration level of the participants. The vehicles were detected by presence sensors and followed around the whole circuit by video-mapping projection.
FCB’s first team members competed against each other and the four finalists then matched their skills against the four finalists in the Kids’ Race, in which the player’s children participated.
Organized by the agencies Weirather-Wenzel & Partner (WWP) and Scacs and held at the Auditorium 1899, Camp Nou (Barcelona) on 3 December, the event concluded with an awards ceremony and the delivery of vehicles to FCB’s first team members.

SONO supplied the audiovisual technology required for the application, event and press conference – Barco DLP projectors, the Folsom system, Watchout, cameras for filming, lighting and a sound system – in addition to stage managing the whole affair.
