Sol Melia, Spain's leading hotel company, is celebrating the 15th anniversary of its mas loyalty programme with the launching of the new level mas platinum, in addition to new benefits in all its levels and new partner agreements.
The mas loyalty programme, created 15 years ago to acknowledge the confidence customers place in the company with exclusive rewards, is one of Sol Melia’s mainstays, with over two million members, its own communication channel, and a monthly newsletter adapted to the profile of each client, including the programme’s new features.
On the occasion of the programme’s 15th anniversary, all mas cardholders will be able to take advantage of new benefits, such as exclusive discounts on à la carte restaurant and Yhi Spa prices, a 50% discount on breakfasts and guaranteed rooms on redeeming points, in addition to the usual benefits, such as free national newspapers or 2pm check-out. Likewise, mas cardholders will be offered a special monthly promotion related to the programme’s 15th anniversary.
The programme has 38 partners, 20 of which are international, with whom mas cardholders can redeem and transfer their points. This is the case of the new agreement with Miles & More, Lufthansa’s Frequent Flyer Programme, experiences with La Vida es Bella, and entrance tickets for Terra Mítica, as well as double dipping with Iberia Plus (mas card points and Iberia Plus points for the same stay).
