During this two-day event, the same meeting room was used for the plenary session and the gala dinner.
The 2016 Siemens Healthcare Kick-off Meeting was held at the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel during the last week of January and, for the third year running, was organized by Eventisimo, the German multinational’s official agency in Spain.
Every year, Siemen’s healthcare division presents its results and plans the strategy for the following year at this event. The work meetings were held in a plenary meeting room, whose audiovisual layout and staging were designed by Eventisimo. This venue radically changed its aspect in just a few hours so as to host the gala dinner. The evening was presented by the well-known showman Miki Nadal, during which the brand’s top salespeople received their awards.
On the second day, there was an artistic team-building activity based on painting and urban art. Each group had to paint a picture, comprising part of a mural featuring the healthcare division’s different logos. Each team was free to use the technique and style of its choice, although with the help of a visual arts expert, together they managed to create an aesthetic mural which will be exhibited at the company’s HQ.
