Sponsored by Seville Convention Bureau, PRODETUR-Seville Provincial Government, and the TRH Alcora Hotel, the 17th edition of MITM Euromed, Meetings & Incentive Travel Market will be held in Seville from 2-4 December.
The past 16 editions of MITM Euromed have been a significant success for the exhibitors thanks to the shows unique characteristics:
- There are never more exhibitors than buyers.
- Qualified hosted buyers specializing in the MICE industry are selected from GSAR Marketing’s own database, which is constantly being updated and currently contains 65,000 buyers from 146 countries. Furthermore, the organizers have drawn up a confidential list of 2,701 bogus buyers, so as to avoid their presence at the shows organized by GSAR Marketing.
- Only between 30-40% of buyers requesting to participate in GSAR Marketing’s shows are finally approved.
- Up to 20 face-to-face pre-scheduled meetings with hosted buyers are guaranteed. Perfected matches (where both the buyer and exhibitor both express their desire to meet up) have priority over meetings requested only by the buyer or exhibitor.
- MITM Euromed is not a show open to all, in which anyone posing as a trade professional can participate. All participants have to be approved and pay an inscription fee in advance.
- Exhibitors can invite their own buyers to the show (plane tickets, hotel accommodation, meals, etc., courtesy of GSAR Marketing).
- So as to generate a greater number of leads there is a complete networking programme, including a welcome reception, lunch, closing dinner and three coffee breaks.
- With the aim of improving, MITM Euromed asks all exhibitors to assess business opportunities and buyer quality, classifying them as "poor," "sufficient," "good" or "excellent."
