Selection Processes versus Training Processes

According to Ranstad and the blog of Gestion Pyme, the requirements and skills expected of candidate in different recruitment processes have evolved with time.

What skills do companies look for most? The following are some of requirements that companies look for when recruiting personnel:

- Versatility, commitment, team spirit, leadership, stress management, innovation, change management, motivation, etc.

In view of these requirements, skills, values, etc., we, at gottraining, ask ourselves the following: Isn’t easier to work on these areas directly with existing staff, rather than engaging new personnel?

Efficient training, so as to build, develop and motivate the work teams of an organization, without ignoring recreation as a tool, is a very profitable investment:

- It is cheaper than a recruitment process.

- By putting your money on your own team, you ensure positive bidirectional feedback.

- Trusting the staff of your company increases team motivation and, therefore, productivity.

- It also increases your company’s competitiveness in your marketplace.

- Renewing your workforce doesn’t ensure a competitive team.

In short, at gottraining we believe in training processes. And you? What’s your opinion? Post your comments at blog@gottraining.es.
