The aim of the congress is to encourage lexicographical theoretical discussions and, specifically, to draw the attention of specialists and agents interested in compiling dictionaries to the need to plan and produce new lexicographical instruments that are of use to users in specific situations of daily life, and which can also be used in the different devices stemming from the technological advances of the 21st century.
