RACC Member Day at PortAventura attracts 12,000 members

On the weekend of 20-21 June, the RACC held its Member Day at the facilities of PortAventura for the second year running, with the aim of rewarding and thanking its members for the trust that they have placed in the club.



During the two-day event, the RACC offered the attending club members and their families an exclusive discount on entrance tickets. Some 12,000 attendees visited the two stands that RACC installed at PortAventura so as to participate in a prize draw to win a trip for four people. To participate, they only had to satisfy two conditions: they had to wear a yellow cap or T-shirt (the RACC’s corporate colours) and to have purchased their entrance tickets on the club’s website (www.racc.es).



"This type of initiative allows us to reach out to companies that, like PortAventura, take care of their clients by promoting loyalty and engaging with them," stated Laura Valdeolivas, director of PortAventura Business & Events.



"The RACC maintains an excellent relationship with PortAventura, since this is where we have one of our bases during the RallyRACC, held every October. So it’s perfectly logical for the RACC to use PortAventura for hosting its Member Day. The 12,000 RACC members attending the event enjoyed an exclusive and unforgettable experience at Europe’s third largest theme park," explained Isabel Clos, sponsorship manager at RACC.



The 12,000 members taking part in the RACC Members Day at PortAventura shared their experience using the hashtag #DiaSociRACC in the club’s Facebook profile and Twitter account.
