One of the complementary activities of the Mediterranean Real Estate Fair will be the International Solar Energy Congress INMOSOLAR, a mixed event in which present techniques and strategies will be presented, along with the latest in solar energy applications and uses.
Malaga’s Trade Fair and Congress Centre will hosting the technical professional workshops, organised each year by ACP (Provincial Association of Builders and Developers of Malaga), on 4 and 5 October. As in previous editions, ACP will be supervising the technical Professional workshop programme, to be held on the first days of the trade fair.
On 4 October, the first workshop will address fluctuations in interest rates, the new real estate tax system, the future of Malaga’s industrial estates, and the conversion of industrial land to residential use.
The workshop scheduled for Friday 5 will revolve around different aspects of the State Land Act, and how this affects the POTA (Andalusian Land Use Plan) and POTs (Land Use Plans) in municipal and Andalusian town planning.
As a parallel activity of the Mediterranean Real estate Fair (SIMed), the International Solar Energy Congress INMOSOLAR for the real estate industry will be held from 4-6 October. Organised by European Conference Management, this event aims to showcase the latest in techniques and strategies, while offering a series of dissemination workshops for the general public on the use of solar energy and exhibition space for products related to the industry.
Among other subjects, the workshops will approach the integration of photovoltaic solar energy and thermal energy systems in architecture and city planning, as well as solar air conditioning. Lastly, the present legal framework for investing in photovoltaic solar energy parks, and their financing and legal aspects, will be discussed.
The “Solar Energy Day” will be celebrated during the event with the object of highlighting the uses of solar energy and its domestic applications and uses, features and cost for the benefit of non-professional visitors. Likewise, information about financing plans, subsidies and financial aid for domestic installations will be provided.
