PowerVote, a company specializing in manufacturing and marketing audience polling systems, has decided to lower its prices by 15%.
During the last fiscal year, PowerVote produced 23,000 units and multiplied its sales by seven. In the first eight months of 2009, sales are up 40%.
In the words of Marc Vaillaud, the firm’s managing director in Spain: “This significant increase in our production figures has allowed us to make the most of an economy of scale and our clients to reap the benefits of a lower final product price.”
PowerVote is a French company with offices in Spain, England, Germany and Brazil, as well as in France. The Spanish branch office was the first to be opened by the company abroad and is currently the group’s most important affiliate, after the head office. In Spain, the company’s audience polling systems have been used in events as important as Expomanagement and EuroPCR, with audiences of more than 1,000 people, as well as in small meetings of 15-20 people.
