PinaPark Organizes Tuna Fish Tasting in Barbate

On 6 February, the firm organized a fam trip revolving around a wild bluefin tuna tasting session in Barbate (Cadiz).



This tasting session, paired with Alta Pavina wines, and workshop was held at the Plato al Centro restaurant, located in the Vistahermosa shopping centre in Puerto de Santa Maria (Cadiz).



During the talk given by an expert in the field, images of the process were screened:

• Tuna trap fishing
• Tuna cutting
• Tasting

The result was an agreeable, original, amazing activity full of Andalusian culture, tradition and gastronomy.
