Encouraged by the success of the previous edition, the Pando Group has decided to hold its 2nd Cod Week at its restaurants Pando Centro and Pando Cuna from 18-24 February 2008.
With the aim of promoting one of the typical ingredients of Andalusian cuisine and of this Seville-based restaurant group’s cuisine, Pando will be holding the 2nd edition of Cod Week from 18-24 February 2008. The group’s restaurants Pando Centro and Pando Cuna will be offering a selection of dishes based on this typical Lent delicacy, skilfully combining tradition and modernity, featuring cod à la reine and salt cod pil-pil with chestnuts, among others.
