Pacific World, the leading MICE player, has once again been appointed as the official DMC for the 25th edition of EIBTM which will take place at Fira Gran Via (27-29 November 2012).
Formerly known as Ultramar Events, Pacific World Spain has proven experience in managing large scale and complex events and as a result they have been appointed as EIBTM’s official DMC Partner for the 8th consecutive year in Barcelona.
Matthias Lehmann, Key Account Manager at Pacific World Spain, responsible of the EIBTM account, confirm: "During the previous editions of EIBTM, one of our key objectives has been to constantly improve the quality of our services. We spend a great deal of time planning for this event to ensure that every aspect has been taken into consideration. We also pride ourselves on our team of qualified event planners who have worked on the show for a number of years and gained a very good understanding of EIBTM. This year we are also introducing Risk Assessment as well as Accessibility Travel."
In addition to coordinating over 5,000 room nights in official and non-officials hotels, Pacific World will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all Hosted Buyer transport, to and from official hotels and transfers from Barcelona airport to the Fira Gran Via. They will also play an important role in the logistics for the official events including the EIBTM Forum, Networking Event, Association Dinner, the CEO Summit, AIPC dinner and the EIBTM Welcome Party.
