Net Promotor Score (NPS): ensuring future growth

On 26 June 2008, the High Performance Business Centre (Malaga) will be hosting a seminar entitled "Net Promotor Score (NPS): ensuring future growth", given by Maria Cristo Gonzalez Alvarez, marketing director of UniGE Credito.



The seminar will address in a simple way how companies can identify whether their clients are the source of negative publicity for their brand or, on the contrary, a sales multiplying factor as its promoters thanks to word of mouth marketing through their comments to family, friends and acquaintances.
