The Spanish multinational tradeshow service provider MSB Events has designed and assembled 5,500m2 of stands for this years's edition of FITUR, the International Tourism Fair. In addition, the company has been commissioned for the seventh year running to assemble FITUR Congresses, the area keyed to professional congress organizers (PCOs). The event is due to held at IFEMA (Madrid) from 28 January-1 February.
For the coming edition of FITUR, MSB Events has been commissioned to design and assemble the stands of 13 exhibitors, including the Hotusa hotel chain, the air carriers Czech Airlines and Santa Barbara Airlines, countries such as Egypt, autonomous communities like Castile-La Mancha and Murcia, and public agencies such as the Peñiscola Tourist Board and the Castellon Chamber of Commerce, among others.
MSB Events has designed each stand in such a way as to transmit the brand image of the client and to fulfil its role efficiently, which is none other that to offer visitors an experience that facilitates business opportunities, thus optimizing ROI. Hence, the company has also been involved in planning other aspects of its clients’ attendance at the event. Along these lines, the two chief factors featuring in the stand designs for this year’s edition are sobriety and elegance. In the case of the smaller stands, priority has been given to functionality.
At this edition, the stands designed and assembles by MSB Events will cover double the area than the year before, increasing from 2,600m2 in 2008 to 5,546. “We are not only extremely satisfied with the increased volume of business and the importance and size of the stands that we have been commissioned to design and build, but also with the confidence shown in us by clients that we have been working with at FITUR during several years now, as well as the new clients that have chosen us for our long track record,” says Jose Maria Perez de Olacoechea, director general of MSB Events.
