Since opening in September 2015, the Mercado Merced has received nothing but praise and good critiques from visitors, not only because of its gastronomic excellence, but also because of its projects keyed to promoting culture.
The defence of these values has led many Malaga institutions to partner with the Mercado Merced, being the turn this time of the association OPC Malaga. On 7 June, the professional congress organizers of Malaga held one of their meetings, as occurred last year at the facilities of Malaga Congress, to address a number of issues affecting the association.
