The chain's 2012 meeting package includes recently incorporated properties such as Melia Tortuga (Cape Verde), Melia Zanzibar (Tanzania), Melia Dubai (UAE), Melia Genoa (Italy) and ME London, due to open mid-2012.
The meeting package is designed to facilitate meeting and event organization in over 120 properties located in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and includes all the necessary basic services, such as meeting space, lunch, coffee break, screen, flipchart and stationary; all for a fixed price starting from €45 per person. Clients can also book additional services depending on their needs, obtaining a tailor-made quote allowing them to adjust and control meeting expenditure.
