Meedex 2013 will take place from 3-4 April 2013, at Le Carrousel du Louvre, one of the finest venues in Paris.
Meedex is a unique B2B event in France where the French and French speaking MICE buyers organizing outgoing events meet with international destinations and suppliers.
In 2013, over 300 international CVBs, DMCs, hotels, hotel chains and groups, congress centres, and convention bureau, as well as airlines, and charter and cruise companies will attended the show to meet up with 1,380 top French and French speaking buyers, 20% more than in 2012.
One of the show’s outstanding features, Meedex’s hosted buyer programme will include 200 hosted buyers, representing an increase of 50%, compared with 2011, and the number of pre-scheduled appointments is also expected to register a similar increase.
Successfully launched in 2012, Meedex will continue to develop, in coordination with the country’s main CVBs and tourism offices, fam trip programmes allowing buyers to visit Meedex and then discover a range of French MICE destinations for their future events. Over 100 qualified buyers attended the Meedex fam trip programme in 2012 and an increase in numbers is expected in 2013.
