Malaga Tradeshow and Congress Centre and Iberia sign agreement to offer delegates and participants advantageous conditions

The Malaga Tradeshow and Congress Centre (FYCMA) and the airline Iberia have signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of offering the delegates and participants of the events held at the Malaga venue advantageous conditions. The agreement has been signed by the director general of FYMCA Yolanda de Aguilar and the airline’s Andalusian and Canaries sales delegate Ricardo Palazuelos.

A new collaboration agreement between the Malaga Tradeshow and Congress Centre (FYCMA) and the airline Iberia will allow participants at the events organized by the Malaga venue – Foro Transfiere, Foro Greencities and Salón Estilo MLG, for the moment – and the delegates who attend events at the centre in representation of their companies, to be eligible for discounts on tickets for travelling to the city.

Last Friday at the FYCMA, the director general of FYMCA Yolanda de Aguilar, and the airline’s Andalusian and Canaries sales delegate Ricardo Palazuelos signed an agreement, for the third year running, in the framework of the venue’s strategy geared to improving its competiveness and that of Malaga as a congress and meeting destination.

Consequently, Iberia will be the official transport supplier for the events organized by the FYCMA, such as “Estilo MLG”, the first edition of an event keyed to hairdressing, beauty and aesthetics, scheduled to be held for the first time on 11 June, the Greencities Forum, 5th Forum of Intelligence Applied to Urban Sustainability – from 5-6 October 2016 – and the 6th edition of Transfiere, European Forum of Science, Technology and Innovation, which will be held from 15-16 de February 2017. Moreover, the agreement can be extended to include other events promoted by the FYCMA, depending of the needs of the organizers.

Likewise, those external organizers who so wish will also be able to make us of the agreement to establish ways of collaboration geared to delegates, as regards both national and international travel.

It is worth mentioning that FYCMA is continuously sounding out the market to establish collaborations with the business fabric keyed to generating synergies and business opportunities, as in the case of the agreement with Iberia, which was signed for the first time in 2014.
