The 3rd edition of the event, which congregated representatives from 65 Malaga-based companies, was dedicated to the nautical tourism sector.
On 6 July, Malaga Convention Bureau, under the aegis of the tourism department of Malaga City Council, organized a social event for its members for the third year running, with the aim of showcasing the city’s latest MICE products. Malaga is one of the few urban destinations offering the possibility of holding events and incentives on the beach. So, Malaga Convention Bureau invited its members to embark at the port’s new shopping and leisure centre, located on the port’s Quay 1, on a sailing boat trip across the bay of Malaga. The sailing boats then berthed at El Candado Marina, where after participating in a team-building activity, the participants were served lunch.
This 3rd edition of the event was organized by Malaga Convention Bureau, with the sponsorship and collaboration of Sail & Fun, Taberna del Alabardero, Candado Beach, Ocio Sports and Autocares Rios. The event also allowed members to share experiences and get to know the city’s latest MICE products.
Currently has 116 members, Malaga Convention Bureau focuses its activity on promoting the city as a MICE destination, as well as providing members with an advisory service and special deals, among other things, with the aim of contributing to the success of events held in the city.
