The Malaga-based event and communication agency Makyre has always upheld that events reinforce the corporate image of companies, and that there should always be a budget allocation for them. But the company also understands that, in the current economic climate, there must be budget cuts.
Precisely because it defends the importance of events for improving the corporate image of companies, Makyre has designed a system that reduces the final cost of an event. After analyzing the basic needs of each type of event and striking agreements with its collaborators and suppliers, the company can now offer its clients low-cost events.
In addition, Makyre conducts an in-depth study of each case so as to design a project for a specific number of people. Examples are as follows: for business meetings, a function room accommodating 25-50 people, including lunch, for €50 per person; for congresses, a venue, event and protocol staff, technical secretariat and registration, lunch, press office, etc., from €90 per delegate; and for lunches or theme dinners, food, drinks and decoration from €35 per guest.
The events can be held at hotels, restaurants, haciendas, country houses, bullrings, mansions, private homes, company offices, and congress centres. Creativity and savoir faire are not synonymous of high budgets.
