Baroness Carmen Cervera and the museum's management and foundation outsourced some of the event's support services to Makyre Eventos.
For the official opening of the Carmen Thyssen Museum, which took place on 14 March 2011, the museum's management and foundation commissioned Makyre Eventos to manage the following services: technical secretariat and guest confirmation; media accreditation; guest protocol at all the different functions, including both the opening and events organized for different sectors; PR; event staff; commemorative plaque production and merchandising; sound equipment; and radio, press and TV clippings.

Furthermore, Makyre Eventos participated in the organization of the dinner held after the Easter speech given by Antonio Banderas, which took place at the Malaga Car Museum, handling the technical secretariat, press hospitality services during the press conference, protocol and PR, the photocall, sound systems and catering.
