As in previous years, with the first timid signs of spring, the Emperador Hotel, located in Madrid’s Gran Via, will be opening The Roof Garden, a terrace featuring a swimming pool on the property’s 10th floor, on 1 May.
The Roof Garden features a magnificent 10x15m swimming pool – with a maximum depth of 3m – a solarium with sun beds, changing rooms, a snack and cocktail bar, a chillout area, Wi-Fi, and breathtaking views Madrid, among other things.

This summer, on the occasion of the Football World Cup due to be held in South Africa, the hotel has designed a special programme keyed to informing and entertaining its guests. Likewise, this year is very special, since the opening of The Roof Garden coincides with the celebrations being held in the emblematic Gran Via to mark its 100th anniversary.
This versatile 400sqm outdoor venue has been chosen by a large number of corporate and individual clients to hold their cocktail parties, product presentations, press conferences and private parties, among other events, the property establishing special areas and timetables.
As regards event facilities, the hotel also has 12 fully equipped meeting rooms – a number of which have natural light – including several venues with the capacity to accommodate large events.
