On 16 December, the Royal Tapestry Factory hosted the seminars Neuroscience, Neuromarketing and Neuroevents, organized by the Madrid Convention Bureau (MCB) for over 200 of its partner companies.
Now regularly organized by the MCB’s, these seminars are geared to creating work synergies, promoting new event venues and contributing to the professionalization of those working in the business tourism sector.
By means of conferences and roundtables, the last edition addressed the importance of emotions in the decision-making process and how neuroscience can help to a great extent to define the messages to be transmitted at events so as to transmit the right sensations.
Given their capacity to transmit messages via the five senses and generate stimuli that provoke emotional responses, events constitute a complete and complex communication tool in the business world. Getting to know this capacity better was one of the main objectives.
