On 26 January, Lamar de Eventos was presented with the SICTED Tourism Quality Award by Mr Elias Bendodo, director of Malaga Council’s tourism department, thus officially certifying the quality of the services provided by the Malaga-based PCO.
Lamar de Eventos is the first professional congress organizer in Malaga to receive this important certification, which acknowledges the quality professional service that this Malaga-based agency provides, as well as redounding in the image of Malaga as a world-class congress and corporate event destination.
With this award, Lamar de Eventos seconds the commitment of the tourism department of the City Council to position the city as a top congress destination, service quality being an important competitive and differentiating factor both in national and international markets nowadays.
Sustainable events
Likewise, Lamar de Eventos’ implication and conviction as regards transforming Malaga into a sustainable and responsible congress and event destination has led the company to promote the organization of events that are both environmentally and community/destination friendly.
