The well-known group has two restaurants with a Michelin star apiece, being the only establishments serving international cuisine in Spain to have obtained this converted award.

In partnership with the restaurant La Principal, the Kabuki Group will be opening the Japanese restaurant Komori at The Westin Valencia this coming October. Ricardo Sanz, the one-star Michelin chef of the restaurant Kabuki at the Wellington Hotel in Madrid, will be charge of designing Komori’s menu, including its most representative dishes, famous for their elegance and simplicity and the quality produce used in their preparation.

Komori’s culinary offerings will include traditional Japanese dishes, together with "Kabuki" dishes, characterized by the fusion between Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine. Furthermore, priority will be given to the use of local produce, based on the experiences of

La Principal.

Complementing the restaurant’s culinary offerings, Komori will have two other important cornerstones: a wine list designed by Juancho Asenjo perfectly adapted to the dishes; and a service characterized by a balanced combination of Japanese respect and Spanish hospitality. Seating 60, the restaurant will also feature an exclusive terrace in the hotel’s central patio.
