Following its success in delivering hospitality services for the Champions League Final in Munich and the recent success of its exercising the commercial and hospitality rights for the Berlin European Swimming Championships, iVentions has decided to set up shop in Berlin.
The firm – established in Barcelona in 2010 by Pascal Jorritsma – has decided to raise the bar with the opening of a brand new office in the heart of Europe. The new office will work to expand iVentions’ business internationally and will be managed by Stefano Carpani, who joined iVentions in September 2014.
Carpani has great passion for sport, sales, and entertainment, a background of developing successful stories in Europe for global sports brands such as the NBA, FIBA Basketball World Cup 2014 at FEB (Spanish Basketball Federation), and has a long track record in multi-channel and multi-market partnership, as well as integrated sponsorship sales and activation. The Berlin office will be supported by iVentions’ established pan-European project team which already includes native German speakers.
Carpani, aged 36, was born and bred in Milan, and has spent the last 14 years between Budapest, Manchester, Cambridge, Berlin, and Madrid. He speaks fluent Italian, Spanish, and English. He has three daughters and holds an MPhil from Cambridge University.
