Throughout the year 2011, Iventions is travelling through Europe organizing the design and logistic production of the EYV 2011 for the European Commission.
Throughout the year, 27 interactive events will take place in all capitals of the European member states. Iventions, based in Barcelona, has designed and developed the physical environment and the structure that enable such engaging activities. Together with its dedicated partners, Iventions has created a multi-functional space for volunteers and NGOs to communicate and experience the latest developments in voluntary work.
This project is an exciting and challenging undertaking due to its complex coordination, pan-European logistics, and multi-lingual presentation. It started on 3 December 2010 in Brussels and will end on 4 December 2011 in Valletta, Malta, with fixtures in all of the 27 European capitals. Iventions has customized the travelling display for all 27 events based on the local needs and cultural preferences of each city and country.

The European Year of Volunteering is both a celebration of the 94 million committed volunteers in Europe and also aims to inspire the three-quarters of the European population who are not involved yet in any voluntary activities. Throughout 2011, an excellent platform will be provided to learn more about voluntary work and getting involved in it.
