Six hundred and fifty exhibitors from over 50 countries and regions from Africa, South and North America, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Oceania attended the 2nd ITE MICE Hong Kong, which was held from the 14-16 June at the city’s convention and exhibition centre.
Fifty official pavilions
This year’s edition of the event, which, as with last year, was held concurrently with the 21st International Travel Expo Hong Kong (ITE), had 50 official pavilions and 650 exhibitors – including the Spanish Tourist Board (Turespaña) – distributed across five halls.
First-time participants
First-time participants at ITE 2007 included Abu Dhabi, Botswana, Czech Republic, Cuba, Maldives, Nepal, Turkey, USA, Yemen and Vietnam. Meanwhile, Dubai, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico and Zimbabwe returned with larger pavilions.
Next year’s dates
ITE MICE 2008 will be held from 12-14 June.
