Following the success of its first two editions, The Meetings Show UK receives "ICCA Supported Show" status.
ICCA supported shows are major meetings industry events which contain a strong international dimension, and with whom ICCA has set up a multi-year collaborative agreement to enable ICCA members to get the best out of exhibiting at or visiting them. ICCA members should pay particular attention to the focus of the show and the mix of buyers who attend, since there will typically be a strong regional pattern.
ICCA CEO Martin Sirk said: "The UK’s meetings market is one of the most important sources of outbound international association meetings. The Meetings Show UK provides a powerful channel for ICCA members into this market. We’re delighted to extend our relationship and to help create an even stronger association buyer programme, and to ensure that exhibiting ICCA members are able to extract even more value from attending."
The Meetings Show UK offers a fully hosted buyer programme which will accommodate 1,500 buyers, 750 of which will be from Europe and beyond. The Meetings Show UK 2015 takes place 7-9 July at Olympia London.
