The result is a straightforward, user-friendly website incorporating new functions, such as a keyword search engine on its home page and a comment page, allowing guests to rank the chain’s properties and share their experiences.

Likewise, the website’s main menu has been improved, reinforcing its navigation system, and the hotels’ specialized services have been highlighted in each section so that clients can easily find the property that best suits their needs.

Pride of place has been given to social networking sites, incorporating direct links to the chain’s different initiatives in Facebook, Twitter and You Tube, where it has profiles or fan pages.

In addition, it is important to mention that the booking engine has been given a complete overhaul, making it more user-friendly and agile, and the offers section has been redesigned with the incorporation of new advanced search filters and extra content. Likewise, a new section has been created for promoting special packages which include additional services, such as Privilege category upgrades, spa entrance tickets, gourmet dinners of golf packages, as well as accommodation.

The website of H10 Hotels currently receives 450,000 visits a month on average, representing a large increase compared with figures for 2009. With all these improvements, H10 Hotels hopes that its website will become a complete source of information for its guests and one of the chain’s chief sales channels.
