The international hotel chain H10 Hotels has recently included four new hotels in its Privilege Category, Exclusive Rooms and Services, a bespoke service offering guests superior rooms and exclusive services during their stay.
Chosen for their unbeatable location and impeccable service, the H10 Gran Tinerfe, H10 Conquistador (both in Tenerife), H10 Lanzarote Princess (in Lanzarote) and Ocean Maya Royale (Riviera Maya) have been included in this category after fully refurbishing most of their guest rooms and building new facilities, keyed to providing Privilege guests an exclusive service.
So as to ensure the exclusivity and privacy of guests, new Privilege lounges have been opened in the best locations facing the sea, with the aim of creating an exceptional and relaxed ambience. Privilege guests have 24-hour access to free newspapers, TV, Internet and open bar, including coffee, tea, soft and alcoholic drinks, and sweet and savoury snacks.
Likewise, so as to ensure maximum comfort, the best guest rooms have been set aside for guests on the Privilege Floor, with the views of the sea or swimming pool area and a multitude of amenities, such as Nespresso coffeemakers, iPhone and MP3 adaptors, exclusive welcome gifts, pillow menus, daily newspapers, weather reports, dressing gown, slippers, etc.
