Only 10% of all the businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.
The Gran Hotel Puente Colgante in Portugalete (Gran Bilbao) has announced today that it has received TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence. The award, honouring hospitality excellence, is only given to those businesses that receive constantly exceptional reviews from travellers on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Only 10% of all the businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award
To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor, as well as having been listed on travel review site for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
"The Gran Hotel Puente Colgante is proud of the reward," said the hotel managment. "We strive to offer our clients a memorable experience, something which this reward acknowledges, for our efforts are generating positive reviews on TripAdvisor."
