And because there is no better way to start the day than with a delicious surprise, the property’s executive chef Oscar Molina has designed a complete buffet menu.



Served in the charming Costa Mara Restaurant, the Ibiza Gran Hotel’s breakfast service features nine food stations. In addition, there is also the "carousel of specialties", a food station with a different surprise every day, offering the most select gourmet products. The hotel’s specialists interact with guests, the master confectioner elaborating customized sweets and chocolates; the chef opening fresh oysters accompanied by bubbly, slicing 5J ham or preparing different cheese boards; and the property’s cocktail expert combining flavours to suit the tastes of each guest.



Up to 28 types of fruit, both whole and freshly sliced; bio bread, loaves, seed bread and miniature loaves; buns, cakes and Ibizan confectionary, freshly squeezed detox juices, hams and sausages and salads… these are just some of the items comprising the hotel’s superb buffet, in which local produce plays an important role. With this elegant breakfast, the chef Oscar Molina has strengthened his commitment to using the inland’s local produce. For instance, the breakfast buffet includes natural jams made with local produce and Ibizan sausages and cheeses, among other island delicacies.



Children know exactly what they want. So, the Ibiza Gran Hotel’s buffet breakfast includes a sweeter food station, featuring a four storey chocolate fountain, an ideal accompaniment for confectionary products, as well as freshly made waffles and mini pancakes. The chef manning this station also prepares sandwiches and free-range eggs according to the taste of each client.

Those guests concerned with following a healthy diet, even when on holiday, will find all they need at the hotel’s healthy produce table, including protein-rich milkshakes, gluten-free food, energy bars, rice biscuits, and ginseng and royal jelly vials, to name but a few.



There is also a wide variety of hot dishes, such as scrambled eggs, sausages, yakitori, pumpkin with goat’s cheese, bacon, beans, vegetables and wild mushrooms. In short, a complete breakfast not only available to guests, but also to anyone wishing to savour the most important meal of the day in the most exclusive venue on Ibiza. Furthermore, starting from mid-June, breakfast time at the Costa Mara Restaurant will feature the music of the guitarist Alfredo Souza, lending an authentic Mediterranean flavour to the buffet’s exquisite offerings.



This comprehensive breakfast buffet is complemented by the hotel’s super luxury menu for those wishing to indulge in caviar, king crab or the hotel’s "Gran Club Lobster Sandwich", among other specialties.
