"Style exercises: six ways of understanding Priorat" is the concept created by the sommelier Isabel Chuecos-Ruiz to present this initiative.
The Pau Casals VIP Lounge at Barcelona-El Prat Airports Terminal 1 will be putting the wine spotlight on Priorat every Thursday during May through to the end of July. This free wine tasting activity, keyed to travellers using the airport lounge featuring a work and rest area, will take them on a trip through the different landscapes of six wines produced in Priorat, using different approaches although united by a common denominator: the area’s identity.
This initiative, which has been developed by the Premium Traveller service, managed by the firm Gestió i Serveis Trade Center, aims at providing travellers using Barcelona Airport’s Pau Casals VIP Lounge with the same quality service as always, but with the value added of a quick and pleasurable experience serving not only to familiarize them with the Priorat D.O., one of the world’s best known wine producing areas, but also with its culture.
