Before that, he was sales and marketing director of a number of hotel chains and luxury properties in Marbella, Madrid and Seville for nine years. Quereda has been president of the Spain Chapter of MPI for two years and is one of the co-founders of the Forum of Meeting and Event Industry Associations (APCE, AFE, ICCA Iberian Chapter, MPI Spain Chapter, OPC España, SpainDMC and SITE Spain Chapter).
