Francisco Lopez Gallego has just joined >atlanta’s Madrid office as head of business development of the company’s event and congress division, where he will be responsible for developing the strategic business plan, customer acquisition and new account management, and consolidating atlanta travel & corporate events consultants’ position as a yardstick in Central Spain’s corporate event sector.
With a track record of over 15 years in the corporate event and business travel business, Lopez has worked as team leader for Viajes El Corte Ingles’ MICE department, as manager of the Madrid event department of American Express, and as business travel and event sales director for Viajes Carrefour. He has a broad experience as global accounts manager, and as team manager, and possess a deep knowledge of national and international destinations.
