The new restaurant Thai Style opened in Puerto Banús on 1 August, with a stylish party for 400 guests.

One of the highlights of the evening was the official cutting of the ribbon by the restaurant’s owner Madame Tass, accompanied by Thai Style’s marketing director Ramon Nuñez, and a number of local politicians.

During the evening, the guests were given the opportunity of being photographed with the evening’s VIP guests. One of the most sought-after personalities was the Thai performer Sugar, who, attired in the country’s national dress, treated guests to the soft strains of the ranat ek (Thai xylophone).

Further entertainment was offered by DJ Marengo, who livened up the evening with the best in deep house music.

Guests also had the chance of getting to know part of the restaurant’s facilities, featuring elegant furniture with a Thai touch. In addition, they were treated to traditional Thai cuisine, belonging to the country’s "Royal Cuisine" tradition and prepared using Madame Tass’ exclusive recipes.

Located in Puerto Banus (Avenida Playas del Duque, Edificio Las Gaviotas, 4), the restaurant’s 448sqm include a lounge bar and outdoor terraces. The restaurant area and terraces can seat 110 people, and the lounge bar can accommodate up to 80 people for sit-down dinners and 120 in reception format.
