On 19 September, Forum Evolucion Burgos will be celebrating its 5th anniversary since being officially opened with a special programme of commemorative activities.
Taking place from 18-14 September, the scheduled activities will include the exhibition ‘Mi Fórum’ in which more than 700 primary school children from Burgos will portray what Forum Evolucion means to them in their drawings. There will also be open days on 18 and 19 September so that the general public can get to know firsthand the venue’s facilities. Furthermore, the ‘Forum Awards’ ceremony, acknowledging all those companies, bodies and organizers who, in different categories, have chosen the venue for their events, will be held on 20 September. The Burgos sculptor Oscar Martín has designed the awards. On the same day, the Symphonic Orchestra of Castile and Leon (OSCYL) will give a performance in the auditorium. And, finally, the charity dinner of the Spanish Association against Cancer will be held also in the auditorium.
Over the last five years, Forum Evolucion Burgos has hosted 753 events and 653,200 people have used its facilities, with a financial impact of more than €31 million.
These results have been achieved thanks to the good reception that the venue has had in the sector since opening, the support of the citizens of Burgos, and the professionalism and daily efforts of the centre’s team. Consequently, the average client satisfaction in 2017 is 4.8 out of 5, according to Juanjo Pastor, Forum Evolucion’s managing director.
