As in previous years, Alcatel One Touch commissioned Contemporanea Eventi to design, build and assemble its stands at the World Mobile Congress 2012.
For Contemporanea Eventi, to build a series of temporary structures with a height of up to 6m, was a both an inviting and challenging commission. In addition to painstakingly creating all the structural elements and fittings, the company took only two days to complete the job, from erecting the marquees outdoors to applying Alcatel’s logo to each one of the chairs, through creating five different ambiences. The temporary structures stood out for the quality and design characterizing the company’s products and which it is proud of offering in all the projects that it undertakes.
Commissioned by Alcatel One Touch, Contemporanea Eventi designed and built the temporary structures representing the company at the industry’s most important show. These included five meeting rooms, a VIP bar and lounge, a terrace and an impressive showroom which was equipped with tailor-made displays for showcasing the brand’s latest models, with all the necessary security measures. Lastly, an impressive videowall was installed to fill the main venue with images and the slogan "Be Simple, Be different, Be Smart," three messages defining the Alcatel One Touch brand, and Contemporanea Eventi’s stand design.

Furthermore, Contemporanea Eventi designed an interactive area related to the Tour de France – which Alcatel One Touch will be sponsoring this year – simulating a race and the winners’ podium with the aim of entertaining visitors.
Contemporanea Eventi also organized a dynamic and productive press conference with the aim of promoting Alcatel’s new products. A magician, DJ lounge ambience and delicious food that was served to the press and general public while Alcatel’s new products were presented, helped to make Alcatel One Touch’s event a complete success.
