Tourist industry SEM experts will have their own forum at the next edition of Fitur, which is due to be held at Ifema (Madrid) from 28 January-1 February 2009.
Organized by Eventos OME, Fitur 2009 will be hosting the first SMX Travel @ Fitur seminar, keyed to training e-marketing professionals, which will include keynotes, workshops and talks delivered by experts in the field, such as Faisal Galaria, international manager at kayak.com, and Vueling’s Marketing Director Vicenç Marti.
“SMX Travel@ Fitur is geared to trade professionals who want to participate in talks and seminars on SEM delivered by acknowledged experts in the field. And if you are a specialist, the event will give you the opportunity to exchange ideas with people that speak the same language,” Rafael Fernandez Tamames, content director of Eventos OME, has affirmed.
With 12 pavilions covering an area of 200.000m2, at this year’s edition of the event there will be over 13,000 exhibitors from 170 countries or regions, and 150,000 trade professionals.
