Creativando, a Seville-based company specializing in unique event solutions, has just launched a new product related to team building, which will undoubtedly generate a large amount of buzz.
Teamwork, group cohesion, organizational skills, division of tasks and a healthy competitive spirit are all reinforced and encouraged in a fun atmosphere by Fair Building.
Different groups are put in charge of assembling, decorating and customizing their own "caseta". During the activity, the participants are given a series of tasks and challenges testing their creativity and teamwork capacity for managing their material and human resources, thus stimulating the delegation and assumption of responsibilities and tasks.
The participation of each team in the whole process, competitiveness and collaboration with members of other teams, and problem resolution all help to encourage the spirit of a united company and stimulate the motivation of each participant.
The assembly of the fair is a fun prologue to the party held after the completion of the "casetas", featuring typical fair food – fried fish, stews, ham and cheese – and the region’s wines, all making for a fun, educational and enriching day.
